Craig Horton

Retired security specialist/manager (2016).  I’ve worked as a substitute teacher and part-time security officer, since retiring.  I‘ve had previous experience in retail many years ago.  I‘m seeking part-time employment that is dynamic.  I prefer to keep busy, versus standing still or sitting.  Things have changed, since my retail days; however, I am willing and able to learn new things/processes.

• 1979 - 1986 Military: Language training - included translation skills and instructing fellow military personnel.
• 1987 - 2016 Northrop Grumman: Security Management - included clearance processing for all levels of personnel, safeguarding data/information, interpreting government security requirements and training others to properly implement the requirements.
• 2017 - 2022 Retired: Part-time substitute teaching (primary subjects were reading and math).  Part-time security officer for Allied Universal Security, which included general security administrative duties and general access duties into Home Depot facilities.

Highest level of education: BAS (Business) Degree from National Lewis University in Illinois
