At OneSource Virtual, I helped scale the company from $110M to over $290M in revenue in just three years—while improving CAC-to-LTV to 1:3, increasing win rates from 23% to 55%, and driving 61% EBITDA growth. I transitioned the company from direct-only to a 62% channel-driven model, tripled pipeline, modernized RevOps tech, and served as a key partner to TCV and our board through M&A and divestiture efforts. Before OSV, I held CRO roles at Asurint and senior leadership positions at Mercer and Ceridian, where I built high-performing GTM organizations across complex, high-growth portfolios.
