Courtney Guein

I am an innovative professional with experience in journalism, media production, and communications. I having worked with organizations such as Amplified DSM, Little Village Magazine, and KCCI 8 News, I have developed a diverse skill set in social media strategy, graphic design, photography, and video production. My background includes managing digital campaigns, crafting compelling stories, and delivering high quality content for both print and online platforms. As previously serving in the U.S. Army, I combine technical expertise with strong leadership and organizational skills, consistently bringing creativity and a community focused perspective to every project. 

I earned a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism from Drake University along with a minor in Rhetoric, Media, and Social Change, graduating in December 2020. My education led to a strong emphasis on storytelling, social impact, and media analysis that provided me the necessary skills and creative foundation to grow within the world of journalism and mass communications.
