Courtney Brown

Courtney is a May 2008 graduate of Georgia Southern University where he obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in History. After undergraduate, he worked in the insurance field for 5 years which required extensive interactions with customers and coworkers. It was during this time that his desire to lead developed into a passion. As a result, he chose to further cultivate himself in order to be a more effective resource to not only his company but also to the associates he leads.

In August of 2013, Courtney received a Master of Arts in Organizational Leadership from Gonzaga University. This degree further delved into the qualities and skills needed to become an efficient and effective leader. A leader who is focused on improving results as well as one who leads with compassion is a leader with a servant first mentality. This is the essence of who Courtney strives to be.

Courtney is currently pursuing a Doctor of Business Administration degree in Strategic Leadership from Liberty University, with the hopes of procuring knowledge that will aid with leveraging his relationships to better serve his organization.

For the last year, I have worked in various industries as a management consultant. This role affords me the opportunity to delve into the underlying reasons as to why an organizations are not doing well. Not only do I interact with frontline supervisors and manager but I also provide middle and upper management with resolutions or keys to success. 

I obtained a Masters of Arts in Organizational Leadership from Gonzaga University in the fall of 2013. This degree allowed me to understand that my approach to leadership is that of a servant leader. As such, it is my responsibility to give associates the tools they need to be successful. I am currently pursuing a Doctor of Business Administration in Strategic Leadership from Liberty University to further develop and hone my leadership skills.
