Colton Butler

I have always been interested in small DC circuits and electricity in general. As the son of an electrician, I have learned an ample amount of information throughout my formative years. By the age of thirteen, I had wired lights and outlets in my shop and was well on my way to beginning a career as an electrician.  I am motivated, a self-starter, team-player and anxious to join up with the right team to further my career.

Here I assisted in the manufacturing of prefabrication pods. I performed all tasks from framing, drywall, to electrical and plumbing.

• Security at Glencoe Camp Resort / Sturgis Motorcycle Rally 2020

Aug 2020 & August 2021

This seasonal positional entailed security details at the campground’s pavilion during concerts.

Due to my work ethic and personality traits, I was offered a part-time position working directly for the owner’s personal gift shop in Deadwood.

September 2019 – present

My duties were customer service, cash handling and inventory control. I have learned how to interact with customers, how to deescalate tense situations and how to be a team player.
