• Managed a TDLR certified vehicle storage lot containing on average several hundred vehicles, which included general yard upkeep and documenting, moving, and releasing vehicles.

NexTier OFS / Reliability Engineer Intern

May 2024 - August 2024, Pearsall TX

• Participated in an internship program as a Reliability Engineer for Completions, overseeing a fleet of over 1200 fracturing pump units.
• I led a large work project with the task of reducing the potential failure rate for power ends found on the fracturing pumps.
• Successfully diagnosed and documented that ~46% of all installed power end lubrication circuits did not meet company standards.
• Working with the maintenance team, we developed a circuit checklist to assist in auditing all frac pumps.
• Personally created a  Power End Lubrication Circuit Guide, consisting of a walkthrough of all of the parts found in the circuit and a troubleshooting guide. This is intended for use for new hires and reference during repairs.
