Cody Wilcox

I am a conscious co-creator living a principled, abundant life dedicated to spreading Truth & compassion.

With 9 years of customer service, 6 years of leadership experience, and 4 years as a trainer/L&D professional in the Medical Cannabis industry I have fostered a mentality of being the example and leading from the front.

While taking a 6 month sabbatical from traditional work, I helped to set up an off-grid permacultute farm that utilizes biodynamic processes. 

One of my  greatest professional accomplishments thus far is being an integral part in the inception of the first medical cannabis call center in Florida at Trulieve, and it's expansion into the biggest and best in the entire industry worldwide. Just within two and a half years I  thoroughly trained  300+ team members to compassionately help more than 100,000 different patients over millions of interactions.

After that I took over L&D for all of Retail and partner with senior leadership on Ops to establish our learning culture. Developing and maintaining learning materials, instructional videos, and product knowledge resources.

My projects of passion are my podcast, website, and social media pages where I aim to inspire others to be their highest selves.
