Wow, 10+ years of working with audio, where has the time gone?! Let's see, I've worked on some of the biggest TV/Film projects in the world, edited some great Audiobooks, mixed and mastered music, edited YouTube videos,  even created some useful audio tools and scripts! I'm all about audio and audio technology.

I have a unique passion for the intersection of audio, technology, and story telling. I have an advanced knowledge of Pro Tools and have created workflows to improve quality and efficiency for many audio jobs throughout the years. I've created Python scripts for a variety of unique challenges. 

Audio and Media Operator 2 at Pixelogic Media; Burbank, CA - June 2021 - Present

• Edited 2000+ hours of dialogue, music, and effects for major TV and film productions, ensuring seamless integration with 2.0, 5.1 and Dolby Atmos formats.

• In year one, developed streamlined post-production workflows reducing editing time by 30% and improving the global audio QC team’s efficiency.

• By year two, created a new role within the company helping to develop a path for employees to follow as the business scales.

• A go-to editor for fixing production audio when production is unavailable.

• Created a Python script to build a timecode conversion tool, boosting efficiency to the workflow by 70%. 

• Creating MnE Augment mixes for TV/Film productions that are used for global dubbing

Audiobook Editor at Simplify Productions; North Hollywood, CA - July 2019 - Present

• 500+ hours using Pro Tools to clean up audio voice-over recordings for audiobooks by taking out background noise, pops, clicks, etc.

• Created a Keyboard Maestro Macro to increase editing efficiency by 20%.

• Thorough editing, attention to detail and organization to create VO pickup packets.

Freelance Audio Engineer; Sacramento, CA - September 2016 - 2019

• Recorded, edited, mixed and mastered multiple EPs for music artists using Pro Tools and Ableton Live

• Mastered music and video audio for popular platform specifications like YouTube, Spotify, etc.
