• Migrated the product from an embedded database to a scale-out database to improve scalability and performance and enable elimination of a single point of failure. Communicated status to stakeholders; acquired resources (personnel, machine, etc) for development teams and negotiated priorities and approach with owners of affected components; held the development teams accountable for their work quality.
• Implemented APIs and User Interfaces for database backup/recovery agents to support role-based authorization and deployment of backup and recovery functionality via a web-based user interface.
