Clifton F. Harris

I enjoy facing new challenges in customer service.  After handling the various complications that arose while working as a customer service representative for the Metropolitan Opera House during the Covid-19 lockdown and the subsequent reopening, I feel I am ready for anything.  I was known for my patience and skill with handling the most difficult customers.

When I worked for the Manhattan Theatre Club, I was very successful at upselling; I won two sales contests, for which I was rewarded with tickets for opening night performances and cast parties for two Broadway shows.

I have a great deal of experience in customer service, including four years as a customer care agent for the Metropolitan Opera, as well as past positions as a fundraising/subscription sales agent for the New York City Ballet and Manhattan Theatre Club's call centers. 

I graduated from the State University of New York – College at Purchase.  I have a Bachelor's degree in Literature with a concentration in Creative Writing.
