Quality Manager / SQF Facilitator / HACCP Certified /PPAP Coordinator
Responsibilities: Helped implement SQF system and HACCP program for concentrate juice & packaging and all aspects of the food safety program. Provided dimensional layout data for all new molding jobs for Joyson Safety Systems Seat Belts. Created control plans and maintained as living documents with guidance from plant management. Perform calibration of measuring equipment and maintain in server log file. Provided AAR (Appearance Approval Reports) submission parts and documentation for the customers and maintained in a server log file. Participated in and suggest ideas for continuous improvement and cost reduction ideas. Generated First Article documentation on all Blow molding and Injection machines. Managed last molded parts shot database on server. Helped inspect all ISO 9001 forms and filed all ISO paperwork. Managed all incoming raw materials inspections, and generated Non-Conforming-Material Reports if In-coming raw materials did not meet specifications. Managed all Certificate of Analysis reports on server. Managed SDS documents as new materials and supplies are used in the plant.

Quality Technician/Certified Internal Auditor/CMM Operator
Responsibilities: Internal Audits, CMM operator of the measuring of commercial automotive seals, hubcaps & other automotive components, assuring that all production parts met part prints and specifications. Helped assure all quality procedures and policies were followed on second shift. Inspected in-coming materials and helped supervise rework on second shift. Helped review CoA’s that in-coming materials met all specifications, placed Non-Conformance material and product that was out of specification on Hold and in QA Quarantine. Operated all types of measuring equipment including Zeiss CMM systems, Keyence IM measuring systems, Optical comparators, micrometers, calipers, height gages, Go-No Go gages and other measuring and testing equipment to assure all product met all required specifications.
