Human Resources
About Claire Madson:
I am a strategic and people-focused Chief Human Resources Officer with over 7 years of experience leading HR transformations, building inclusive cultures, and aligning talent strategy with business growth. My background spans organizational development, talent acquisition, leadership coaching, and executive HR advisory — all aimed at creating workplaces where people and businesses thrive together.
As CHRO at Global Allies, I lead our global human resources strategy, overseeing talent acquisition, employee engagement, leadership development, diversity and inclusion, and HR technology. Since joining the company, I’ve helped drive measurable improvements in retention, internal mobility, and cultural cohesion across our international teams.
Before joining Global Allies, I held an HR leadership role at Azuka Technologies, where I led large-scale transformation initiatives, launched data-driven people analytics programs, and championed inclusive workplace strategies that fueled both innovation and business performance.
I believe in a modern, people-first approach to HR — one that combines strategic insight with operational excellence. I'm passionate about creating high-performing, values-driven environments where leaders are empowered, and culture becomes a competitive advantage.
I earned my degree in Human Resource Management from The University of Chicago and hold professional certifications in [e.g., SHRM-SCP, SPHR, executive coaching]. I also speak regularly on topics such as leadership, organizational culture, and the evolving role of HR in shaping the future of work.
