I'm a director and founder of Hope 4 Tomorrow. I lead a dedicated team of 25 volunteers to serve the homeless community by preparing and distributing hot meals to 80–100 people every other week. Our organization partners with 18 local churches to coordinate donations, including essential items such as socks and products from companies like PepsiCo and Frito-Lay. We regularly collect groceries from area food banks and ensure timely delivery to those in need. In addition to ongoing outreach, I organize major community events for Easter, Thanksgiving, and Christmas, preparing festive meals and coordinating holiday gifts—such as Easter baskets and presents for up to 400 children—to make these occasions special for our neighbors.

With 25 years of experience in distribution and additional experience in management, I have developed a diverse and robust skill set.

My career in distribution began with two years as a clerical warehouse clerk, where I was responsible for coordinating and assigning loads to selectors. I then moved into customer service for three years, collaborating closely with the sales team to enter orders and resolve complex issues regarding pricing, late deliveries, and missing items.

For the past 20 years, I have worked in purchasing. In this role, I managed order creation, continued my partnership with sales, and handled accounts payable problem-solving. Beyond the distribution industry, I also served as a morning manager at a gym, where I was responsible for opening the facility, managing member inquiries, and resolving various customer service issues.

I am confident that my extensive experience in operations, purchasing, and customer relations would make me a valuable asset to your team. I look forward to the possibility of discussing how my background aligns with your needs.

I have my GED and completed formal training in Data Entry. While my initial training took place in 1987 and technology has evolved significantly since then, I have consistently demonstrated the ability to learn new computer programs quickly and effectively in every position I have held.

I have practical experience with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word, and I am proficient in 10-key by touch. I am confident that my strong foundational skills and my ability to adapt to new systems would make me a valuable asset to your team.
