Cierra Brewer

 My name is Cierra and I have a lot to offer. I'm not just knowledgeable in one area of expertise I know a lot more than most, for example i have been a Professional Painter, a Roofer , I've laid Tile, I've laid Carpet, Landscaping, Remodeling, Irrigation, Carpentry, i was a Framer, I've built five houses in Sierra Vista alone. I've done Logging, and have been for the past few years been working in Customer Service.  I have worked front desk at a hotel, waited tables , bussed tables , been a cashier at a convenient store .I am  always open to new experiences and always willing to learn new things. I like to learn at least one new thing every day.. I have a great work ethic and I take pride in my work. I work well with others , also I'm not the person who needs to be babysat and hoovered over while I work, I'm a hands on learner if I'm shown how to do the job correctly the first time I can guarantee the job will be done correctly. EVERYTIME!! I have 15 plus Years in the laboring fields , and going on my eighth year in customer service.  I have a lot of ambitions and I see great things for my future. I would love to someday possibly be in a position of management. Untill then I'm going to continue to work hard to acheive my goals 

I started in Constuction at the age of 18 working for San Molino Remodeling, from there on I went on do work in such places as Richardo's Mexican Restaurant, bussing tables for a year and a half. After that my grandmother opened a cleaning business, Desert Lilly House Keeping Services. I worked with her for a few years paying most attention to detail cleaning, all of our clients found us through word of mouth. so all the work we had was recommendation.  I continued to work with her for a few years. By the age of  24 i was working odd jobs doing landscaping and yard work, helping maintaining pools, and general groundskeeping.  Shortly after I was hired as a Painter to paint 90 rooms in a hotel when the Motel 6 converted to the Knights Inn around late 2016 early 2017. i started off panting and after the 90 rooms were painted then i became the Maintenace so to speak and commenced on remodeling the rooms to the extent of dragging king size beds up and down stars to bring the hotel back up to rentable status . I by myself  had to finish the tile which was in all the bathrooms and laid the carpet in the 12 x 12 rooms. After  the hotel was complete i then moved on to working the front desk and occasionally id fill in for the house keepers were i was also a laundry attendant. i worked at the Knights inn for a total of 3 years before a job change.      I went to Tucson Az for a few months and there I got a job with AAA Lanscaping where i worked out in Sahuarita, In Madera Highlands. It was a elderly community and we kept up Maintenace around the property. I gained a lot of knowledge of how to run irrigation among other things. After working for AAA Lanscaping i applied for a job at a local day labor company called Hire Quest where i was spending 8 hours a day at the Tucson Airport on my stomach in the bottom of a gutted  airplane scrubbing the floors of the plane with a toothbrush, because they were refurbishing them. When I returned to Sierra Vista in the early 2020 I started a job at B&B Framing Specialists, and Southwest Truss I then went on to build 5 houses in Sierra Vista a few over in the Holiday neighborhood, in the Cimmeron neighborhood and a few over off of Buffalo Soldier in that new housing community they put in over the past few year. I gained a lot of knowledge and experience. Honestly that was my favorite job it gave me a sense of pride and I was in Amazed at what i could accomplish. Early 2021 i started working at Speedway as a Sales associate/cashier.  I worked there from about February 2021 until late October 2021. I lost my job due to covid. I Started a job at Olive Garden in Sierra Vista in April of 2022 and have been there almost a year and in that time I have been cross trained as a hostess, a server and a Togo specialists. where I run curbside orders and do my best to ensure everyone of my guests has the most amazing experience when dining in the  establishment. I also Volunteered for a non profit organization called Sierra Vista Gives that came about when covid hit bad and the community needed help with food and other essential household items I would make food boxes and deliver them to the elderly who couldn't get out of their houses.
