I have spent over 10 years working as a CIO and technology executive across Fortune 500 companies, government contractors, and fast-growing startups. The common thread has been taking complex IT challenges and turning them into something the business can actually use — better infrastructure, faster delivery, stronger compliance, and teams that know where they are headed.
Some of what I have worked on: cloud migrations for over 130,000 users, AI/ML and cybersecurity implementations that delivered measurable ROI, a billion-dollar Air Force program delivered on time, and subscription and payment platforms that moved revenue numbers. I have done this work at organizations like Raytheon Technologies and General Dynamics, and at startups where I was building from scratch.
I am comfortable at the board level and comfortable in the architecture review. In my experience those two things need to be the same person more often than they are.
