As a LEED AP and my role as a Sustainability Consultant, I have experience on over 15 LEED projects across various rating systems, including New Construction (BD+C), Existing Buildings (O+M), Interior Design and Construction (ID+C), and Core & Shell. Acting as primary sustainability lead from project kickoff through certification, facilitating project team meetings, and setting the strategy for successful documentation and credit achievement. Worked closely with design, engineering, and construction teams to align project scope with sustainability goals and ensure progress against LEED targets. Oversaw project timelines and deliverables to ensure all teams met certification deadlines and compliance requirements. Provided technical guidance on LEED credit strategies, coordinated with commissioning agents and energy modelers, and managed documentation submissions through LEED Online. Played a key role in maintaining team accountability and achieving high-performance building outcomes aligned with client sustainability commitments. In this work, I also have experience in developing and executing Sustainability Action Plans for organizations aiming to integrate ESG principles into operations. I engage stakeholders to identify material sustainability issues and assess baseline performance across energy, water, waste, transportation, procurement, and employee wellbeing.

Additional experiences include working as an Energy Advisor for commercial buildings, analyzing and tracking interval energy data to identify areas of waste and offer improvement strategy guidance. Coordinate with building or energy manager on implementation into current building operations and consulting on equipment upgrades and operational adjustments, aligning with the building's and company's capacity.
