Christina Ervin

I provide fractional accounting and financial support to nonprofit organizations and small to mid-sized businesses on a contractual basis. I have worked with organizations managing annual budgets ranging from approximately $100,000 to $52 million, giving me experience across a wide range of operational complexity and reporting needs.

My work includes monthly close, account reconciliations, financial reporting, budget-to-actual analysis, and support for budgeting and forecasting. I also support grant-funded and contracted programs by tracking restricted funds, preparing compliant financial reports, and assisting with audits and submissions. In addition, I develop accounting workflows, systems, and SOPs to improve efficiency, consistency, and compliance, often serving as a trusted extension of internal finance teams.

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, providing a strong foundation in financial accounting, managerial accounting, budgeting, and financial reporting. This academic background supports my work in monthly close, financial analysis, grant compliance, and the development of accounting systems and workflows for organizations.
