In my role as Director of Adult Development, I integrate research-based insights into neuroplasticity, motivation, and learning science to create programs that engage, inspire, and drive meaningful change. Whether leading large-scale development initiatives, designing curriculum, or coaching individuals 1:1, my mission is to unlock potential and cultivate a culture of continuous learning.

Christina Aries is an experienced leadership coach, professional learning designer, and education consultant with a decade of expertise helping schools and nonprofits strengthen their instructional leadership and adult learning systems. She partners with principals, directors, and leadership teams to design impactful professional development, guide instructional walkthroughs, and build the capacity of educators as leaders of learning. Known for her data-driven approach and practical tools—from arcs of learning and feedback protocols to coaching systems—Christina empowers leaders to align practice with purpose and foster thriving school communities.

Christina holds a B.A. from the University of Chicago and a Master’s in Education from Lehman College. She is a credentialed teacher in both New York and California, bringing a strong academic foundation and certified classroom expertise to her work in leadership coaching and professional learning design.
