I am a registered respiratory therapist with 18 years of experience. I have worked adult and pediatric critical care, emergency department, and general floor care. I have supervised a team of 40+ therapists, completed staffing and scheduling needs for multiple patient care settings, helped drive initiative to engage, encourage growth, continue education, and skills for therapists of multiple skill sets.
