Aerospace Manufacturing Supervisor
Joined Selmet as a single cell Department Supervisor; over the following year was given the responsibility to Lead four independent cells and their support teams in an Aerospace production environment.
- Managed a team of 95 individuals in an AS9100 Quality Environment; maintaining the highest quality standards.
- Lead an initiative to increase first time product part quality; reducing rework by 30%. Quarterly profitability increased by $350,000.
- Trained and led four cells with a wide variety of competing goal’s and outcomes: Quality, efficiency, and productivity. Increasing the size of the operation from 35 individuals to 95.

Operations Manager
Initially joined Amazon as a lead trainer before being promoted up to the Operations Manager position. Lead a team of five supervisors and 50 to 65 staff in a production environment.
