• Grew boutique studio to 110 members post-pandemic by establishing internal sales systems based on SOPs, software integrations, and staff training, and put systems in place to allow the business to run without my oversight.
• Developed accredited 250-Hour Yoga Teacher Training Program, and trained, mentored and certified over 52 teachers over a 5-year period.
