• Audits records, expenditures, and internal controls in areas related to property taxes, apportionments, cash deposits, and journal entries, for the purpose of conforming to established GAAP, Federal, and State laws and regulations. 
•  Coordinates a wide variety of fiscal projects for the purpose of providing guidance and support, identifying fiscal solvency issues, making recommendations, and assisting with county office oversight compliance.

• Perform AP functions and analytical procedures for hotel invoices and create monthly consolidated financial reports for 15 hotels.
• Perform zero-balance account reconciliation, assist with month-end closing and W-9 documentation, and annual filing of 1099s in compliance with IRS rules.
• Review high volume of intercompany invoices and check-run for 15 hotels, corporate and other commercial properties, duties including, matching invoices, providing back-up, and mailing checks.
