I have owned and operated Planet Beach and Spa from 2006-2014. All duties an owner and manager would include on a daily basis. The hiring and training of new employee.  Ordering of products and all spa essentials. I addressed all clients questions, and or complaints immediately resolving them in a very efficient and pleasing outcome. My clients always have a family like closeness, with my friendly and outgoing personality.  

I was manager of Tri County mortuary from 2013-2016. I completed All necessary logs and paperwork daily addressing all personal issues promptly and professionally employee scheduling and daily routes for employees working that day. I also was their bio hazard technician, who with a team mate would clean sanitize and deodorize the site of where the traumatic event took place. Then, comforting and giving the family members support and avenues to help them with their next steps. 
 

I managed Captiva Tan from 2018-2022

Greeting clients, assisting them with products for their each personal skin tone. Scheduling , making appointments, and ensuring all clients needs are meet with elevated customer service to generate a loyal clientele. Ordered products, inventory. Replenishing all salon needs for a clean beautiful environment.
