I am a Public Policy Ph.D. and Criminal Justice educator with extensive experience in higher education, legal research, and policy analysis. I currently teach Criminal Justice, Political Science, and Public Policy courses while also operating a professional paralegal and legal consulting practice.

My work focuses on criminal justice reform, voting rights, constitutional law, and policy evaluation, with a strong emphasis on equity, compliance, and real-world application. I have supported attorneys, institutions, and organizations through legal research, case analysis, document preparation, and policy development.

In addition to teaching and consulting, I design curriculum, lead program development initiatives, and mentor students and professionals pursuing careers in law, public service, and academia. I bring a detail-oriented, analytical, and solutions-driven approach to every project.

Education

Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Public Policy with advanced training in policy analysis, criminal justice systems, constitutional law, and equity-focused research. Academic background includes extensive qualitative and quantitative research experience, applied legal and policy evaluation, and scholarly writing. Education is complemented by graduate-level study and professional experience in Criminal Justice, Political Science, and legal research, with a strong emphasis on real-world application and institutional impact.
