I am a dedicated mental health and addiction recovery specialist, driven by my personal journey of over 9 years in long-term recovery and 5 years working in the field. With certifications as a trauma-informed coach, SMART Recovery facilitator, and crisis intervention counselor, I bring a compassionate, trauma-sensitive approach to my clients. My passion shines through my diverse experience, from facilitating peer-supported recovery for teens and young adults to running therapeutic groups that explore self-discovery and personal growth. Currently pursuing further training in acudetox, I combine holistic techniques with structured support to create a safe, healing space for individuals on their journey to sobriety. My empathy and dedication have led me to various roles, including volunteer work with the Crisis Text Line, as I continues her mission to empower others in reclaiming their lives beyond addiction.
