Chelsea Engle

I’ve been in customer service for 8 years. In that time I have learned how to work well on my own and with a team, and learn new responsibilities in an impressive time period. I do what needs to get done as I can compartmentalize and prioritize very well. 

I aim to find work remotely or independently (still willing to accept work outside of these standards)— I am not looking for anything in particular, so long as I am qualified for the work or will be trained for anything unfamiliar. Regarding freelancing skills, I can offer art commissions (oil/acrylic/watercolor painting, digital art, resin art, mug painting), house cleaning services, house/pet sitting, dog walking, office assisting, data entry and more. I learn fast and am willing to learn new skills for general assistance in freelance work or otherwise.

Most of my experience comes from customer service jobs, such as serving in fast paced or fine dining restaurants and brief experience in sales as a campaign manager (8 years of customer service total). However, I know I have acquired many skills which have formed me to be capable of branching out to new fields— I am personable, work well in a team or alone, have excellent critical thinking/problem solving skills, and think on my feet. I am more than capable of adhering to new, exciting positions and have a lot to offer. I also have an artistic/creative background and study human behavior— this gives me additional skills which are helpful in most circumstances in work settings or in general life affairs. 

I am majoring in psychology with a minor in sociology— I am working on my associates currently, and plan to get my masters degree. From there I will continue my education alongside a career as a psychotherapist specializing in childhood trauma.
