• Inserted Antifreeze Proteins into HEK 293T cells through designing and executing various experiments (PCR, Cell Culture and Cloning, Miniprep) and collecting their data in different environmental conditions of freezing to select for the AFPs that best protects the cell using ice inhibition and thermal hyteresis.  
• Attend weekly meetings on the different research projects various graduate and undergraduate students are conducting to discuss the progress of those projects and suggestions on how to move forward.

• Maintain the hospital's upkeep through restocking glove boxes and gowns, organizing patient rooms and equipment, and refilling patient’s water.

• Distribute 50 medications a day, type up written and telephoned prescriptions, and submit prior authorizations. 
• Conduct communication with 60 - 90 patients a day. 
• Organization and maintenance of prescriptions within a codified system to retain procedural efficiency. 
• Liaison between the customers and the pharmacist to communicate any changes in reception of prescriptions and to expedite prescriptions.
