I am a manager that in joy working in a team setting,  I like to help other team members to be a better person and have a desire to help other team members reach their goals and objectives. I get great satisfaction of knowing I played a vital role in the protection of the people and the United States and their assets. I have masters the skill of collaboration, operating experience, problem-solving, critical thinking, continuous improvements, supporting the team and the mission. Over the years I have noticed  I am well received because of my display of integrity, and trustworthiness, I am a man of my word, easy to talk to, we can do this attitude, if I do no know the answer to a question we will find the answer together.

Served as physical industrial security trainer for new employees, observed CCTV, monitor c-cures badging system, coach none security personnel on security requirements, and performed duties as a access control officer.(constellium) location Muscle Shoals Alabama 03/09/22-present. 04/1984-2006 Tennessee Valley Authority duties I served as a security Lieutenant (none army) and my role was to support physical, personnel, infosec, operation security duties as required. Managed the operation control center, Responsible for the emergency response program, badging access, clearance requirements. Physically responsible for compliance of  classified documents and served as  the custodian.  Served as a project manager and a safety supervisor. Performed security inspections to ensure that  security standards meet/exceed requirements.
