• Develop and maintain a strong understanding of medical protocols and emergency response procedures to ensure the highest level of patient care and safety Maintain a clean and organized ambulance environment to ensure the safety and well-being of patients during transport. 
• Maintain effective communication with patients and their families to address any concerns or questions they may have during transportation 
• Coordinate with hospitals and nursing homes to arrange patient transfers and appointments 
• Operate emergency medical equipment and administer necessary medical interventions based on patient needs and medical protocols. 
• Assist in the documentation and reporting of patient care, including maintaining accurate records of treatments provided and any changes in patient condition 
• Ensure the maintenance and restocking of emergency medical supplies and equipment to guarantee their availability for patient care.
