Experience

  • End-to-End - Bank Reconciliations.
  • Generating monthly reports - A/R, A/P, Trial Balance, Nominal code reports, etc.
  • End-to-End Credit Card Reconciliations. Creating supporting files with all receipts, order confirmations.
  • Handling School Trips' payments and documentation.
  • Booking and handling training payments.
  • BACS - Processing all the supplier invoices, inputting them on SAGE, creating BACS files for payments, and uploading them to the bank weekly.
  • Handling school purchase orders. Ordering the products, paying for them via credit card / BACS/invoicing, and tracking the delivery.
  • Contact person for the suppliers for any payment/invoicing issues.
  • Reconciling the customer's statement of accounts monthly.
  • Processing lettings invoices and following up for payments.
  • Drafting contracts for customers. 
  • Handling pupil premium database.
  • Ordering uniforms and supplies for pupil premium.
  • Recording ESFY, SEN, and other bursary funding.
  • Good Knowledge of SAGE for posting entries and downloading reports.
  • Providing information, documents, and reports for the Audit.
  • Checking agencies' invoices against the timesheets.
  • Booking First Aid Training.
  • Handling various admin works, all incoming deliveries, incoming mails, visitors validations, staff expenses, staff trainings, filtering finance email box, travel arrangements, hotel bookings, etc. Other finance day-to-day activities.

Education

Education:

  • Master's in Business Administration
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Diploma in Secretarial and Office Practice

Skills and Knowledge:

  • Working experience of MS Office
  • Working knowledge of QuickBooks and SharePoint
  • Working Knowledge of SAGE, Access
  • Working Knowledge of SIMS, SEAM, Go4School, Docuware, Docusign, Google Docs, and Parentmail.

Certifications:

  • SIMS certification
  • Safeguarding and child protection
  • Fire safety in school
  • Administration of medication in schools
  • DBS certified & Certificate of good conduct (Germany)
