- Direct and Oversee all Fundraising Campaigns (Corporate/Individual donors) on an annual budget less than $100K with annual net profits totaling more than $550K; average gift amount $5K.
- Provide support to the CEO/Executive Director and Board in establishing and maintaining a major gift portfolio and reoccurring donor base.
- Oversee key marketing and communications activities and channels, including automated gift solicitations, quarterly/annual reports, website, social media, email communications, media relationships and branding; create all marketing emails for automated email sequences and write all transcript dialogue for development outreach team.
- Scaled development from 2 to 15 team members in less than 24 months; developed all written, audio, and video training materials for donor support specialists, fundraising/donor relations coordinator, and Marketing Specialist personnel.
- Disseminate and implement organizational objectives to department leads (3) that are passed down from the CEO and investors, and keep major stakeholders informed.
- Sustain and cultivate deep-loyal relationships to increase revenues and long-term agreements; Major Gifts donor base 300+ (average gift $7K).
