Celina Sanchez

I am passionate about assisting at-promise youth and their families. 

I have a Master's degree in School Counseling and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology with a Minor in Business Administration. 

I have worked with youth and their families for 10 years. I am familiar with document recording, confidentiality, and sensitivity to all diversity issues. 

I completed a year-long internship as a School Counseling Intern for Alhambra Unified School District at both a K-8th and a High School. 

I assisted in mental health crisis management and check-ins, grade checks, socioemotional well-being of students, college preparation, homelessness support for families, small groups, depression awareness presentations to all students grades 4th-12th, scheduling for high school students, documentation, and more!

I have been a substitute teacher for 5 years. Conflict resolution, abiding by teacher's lesson plans, building rapport with students, mandated reporter duties, and working alongside teachers.
