I have experience troubleshooting and finding root cause analysis for issues and solve the next problem before it occurs. In my role I have frequent discussions with our customer and make sure I am there to serve their needs. I have a background in a STEM field and use the skills I have gained to bring good decision making to the workplace to solve problems.
