I pride myself on my organizational and detail-oriented skills and have performed procedures in a wide variety of environmental settings. Adapting to change is one of the many things I am great at doing. If there’s one thing I learned while working in the medical field, it’s that there’s always room for growth, honing my skill and expanding my knowledge. Starting out as a Customer Service Representative 3+ years ago, I continued my education in 2020 at Pima Medical Institute and received my certificate as a Phlebotomy Technician. In my current position I not only have experience through patient relations, but also medical records maintenance, data entry, and problem solving. 

After graduating from high school, I decided to immediately continue my education at Pima Medical Institute in Phoenix, Arizona as a Phlebotomy Technician. I was officially certified in March of 2021.
