• Lead recruitment of non-production roles (IT, binding underwriting, brokerage support), in all Gallagher divisions (GGB, GBS, RPS, GTS).
• Over exceeded Hire targets every year (48 Hires 2021, 87 Hires 2020, 128 Hires 2019 & 30 Hires 2018).  Outplacement / Career Transition program during the Covid-19 pandemic. Co-facilitated resume building seminars and coached displaced workforce (67% landed new jobs). Average cost avoidance (CA) to the business = $350,000 and around $1MM for personal CA.
