Partner with executives as well as regional and functional leads to design and execute comprehensive change management strategy by applying Prosci ADKAR model for client-facing large-scale business transformation initiatives and programs, including AI-driven services, through application of a structured, phased framework that provides measurable, repeatable success metrics and actionable insights and recommendations for leadership and stakeholders. Oversee plans and execution of sponsor roadmap, communication strategies, coaching, training needs, and resistance management to drive adoption success. Identify and synthesize qualitative and quantitative data to manage multiple priorities and ambiguity to drive operational excellence and adaptability.
