Cassie Elliott

With over 14 years of experience in the Talent Acquisitions, Cassie Elliot serves as Talent Acquisition and Staffing Leader. Cassie oversees the recruitment team and processes of engaging exceptional talent for CTS and its clients. Her leadership focuses on cultivating both individual and team strengths in a collaborative environment centered around trust.  Notably, she was a Nominee for the 2024 RippleMatch Exceptional Leader Recruiting Choice Awards. Outside of work, Cassie enjoys spending time with her four children and serves as a member of the VFW Auxiliary where she works to raise awareness and involvement in veterans’ affairs, with her passion being with military youth and family support.
