Cassandra Svoboda

I am a motivated, hard-working individual seeking a long term position. I have excellent computer skills and perform outstanding customer service because of my job experience. I have an outgoing personality and am willing to take on any task given to me. I work well on my own as well as with a team. I have been in the customer service industry for years and I am passionate about it. I love seeing other people smile and created a good experience for them no matter what the circumstance.

My job as a server was to greet the table, suggest drinks and whatever was on special at that time, fill drink orders and take food order, properly submit all of the order into the system, make sure the customers are satisfied with their food and service, take the cash or credit payment and complete the table. Another thing I did was make sure my area, and really all of the restaurant, was clean and filled up with everything we needed to run smoothly. I portioned a lot of food and toppings too.
