I have a strong background in luxury hospitality, customer service, and leadership, with experience in high-end dining establishments where I’ve developed skills in guest relations, team mentorship, and operational coordination. As a Lead Hostess and Trainer, I have successfully trained and guided new team members, managed reservations, and ensured seamless guest experiences by accommodating VIP requests and personalized service. My ability to multitask in fast-paced environments has allowed me to excel in roles that require adaptability, organization, and attention to detail.
