From October 2024 to May 2025, I worked as a Retail Sales Associate at Pro Image Sports in Knoxville, TN, where I delivered exceptional customer service in a fast-paced retail environment and consistently exceeded sales targets. I managed inventory with precision, optimized merchandise displays to enhance product visibility, and contributed to launching a new sports card sector that became profitable within its first five months. I also maintained 100% accuracy in cash and credit transactions while operating multiple POS systems.

Prior to that, from September 2022 to January 2025, I served as a Server and Bartender at The Village at Germantown in Germantown, TN. In this role, I ensured compliance with health and safety standards, maintaining a 98% rating by consistently following food and beverage preparation protocols. I processed transactions with complete accuracy, provided attentive customer service, and prepared beverages with strict adherence to hygiene and quality standards.

Additionally, I gained valuable creative and production experience working with a graphic design company specializing in custom apparel for schools and organizations. There, I contributed to the design and production of branded clothing and promotional materials, collaborating closely with clients to ensure each design met their branding goals and visual standards.

I am currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Finance at the University of Tennessee, Knoxville’s Haslam College of Business, with a concentration in real estate, and I am on track to graduate in December 2027
