I have been doing collections for surgery centers for the last 15 years roughly. I have vast customer service experience from not only working with patients, but also clients while running a law firm and working at a practice management company. Organization and efficiency are Paramount. I enjoy helping people and providing positive interactions. I have been doing collections for surgery centers for roughly 15 years. I have managed a family law firm, I have been an assistant project manager at two different construction firms, I have been a business office manager for surgery centers, have opened three surgery centers from scratch, and have done full practice management.

I completed high school but I do feel the best education is learning on the job and I have learned many different aspects in several different lines of business. But what they all boil down to is Stellar customer service.
