Create textual updates for Bogert’s The Law of Trusts and Trustees treatise with author assistance. Complete individual research on state and federal caselaw and legislation relating to wills, trusts, estate tax, and fiduciary duty. Collaborate with Professor Amy Hess to draft footnotes and textual entries.
