• Facilities, space and occupancy planning, interior design, project management, move and installation coordination

• Attention to detail, solution driven, quality oriented, client focused and professional integrity

• Plan, prepare and generate design layouts of new and existing offices, and end user specific spaces

• Analysis of spatial requests, ergonomic assessments, enforcement of space and safety guidelines

• Produce detailed working, furniture and installation drawings, square footage plans, and asset management

• Materials, furniture specifications, finishes and artwork selections, and signage

• Prepare project cost estimates, proposal/bid requests, procurement, and project schedules

• Project coordination with all levels of organization, building staff, trades technicians, and installer crews

• Proficient in Microsoft Office, CET (2D/3D), AutoCAD, CAFM: iOffice by Eptura (Archibus), Evolve FM, and FM:Systems; 360Facility, eRequisition, CAP, Cherwell, SharePoint, Service Pages, Bluebeam, SAP, RequestCenter and ServiceInsight

• Experience with major furniture systems: Miller/Knoll, Steelcase, Haworth, KI, Teknion, Global and HON

• Team player, organized, multitasker, problem solver, budget conscious, flexible, tactful and dedicated

Education

Milwaukee Stratton College • Associate of Arts Degree • Interior Design
