With over 20 years of leadership experience, I have excelled in various sectors, including aquatics management, coaching, hospitality, and the military. Notable roles include Aquatics Director, Aquatics Manager,  Head Coach, and Co-Founder. I have a proven track record in team management, budgeting, recruitment, and operational efficiency. I also served in the U.S. Navy, where I demonstrated strong leadership in security and rescue operations.

I earned a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology with a concentration in Movement Science from the University of Illinois at Chicago in December 2007. This academic foundation provided a deep understanding of human movement, anatomy, and exercise physiology, which served as a strong basis for my career in aquatics, coaching, and physical therapy. Additionally, I holds multiple certifications related to aquatics, including Certified Pool Operator, Water Safety Instructor, and various coaching credentials such as USA Swimming Coach and Administrative Official, as well as United States Water Polo Level 2 Coach and American Swimming Coach's Association Level 3. My ongoing commitment to professional development is evident through my certifications in Lifeguarding, CPR, Basic First Aid, and Safety Training for Swim Coaches, demonstrating a continuous desire to enhance my knowledge and expertise in the aquatics field.
