Served in progressive roles including Asset and Compliance Manager (2017-2021) and Senior Manager (2021-2025) and for publicly traded $5.5B global manufacturing company focused on producing industrial packaging and containers. 

Directed and led all procurement activities with a 3-person team related to logistics:  equipment, leasing, technology tools and services, and online compliance tools and managing 20+ separate projects annually. Delivered financial lender RFPs in compliance with internal controls, managing $40M annual budget. Provided advice and guidance to executive leadership, legal, risk, finance, insurance, IT and other departments on logistics, procurement and operational initiatives including budgeting, planning, forecasting, and efficiency modeling for services and equipment usage. 

Branch Manager | STAR LEASING COMPANY                                                                      2002-2017

Managed $8M budget and $15M in assets for Marysville, OH branch for largest full-service trailer lessor in North America, now called TEN (Transportation Equipment Network).  Built and Led teams in Sales, Operations and Service Departments.

Drove continuous improvement processes for demanding automotive just-in-time environment and high-need customers. Negotiated agreements to drive savings, revamped budgeting, hired and built high-performing teams, scaling staff, fleet size, and growth exponentially. Recruited, onboarded and trained new Branch Managers.

I attended The Ohio State University for three years studying Management Information Systems but did not attain a degree.
