Thank you for taking the time to find the best suitable person for this role.  I can’t tell you how many applications I have passed through as I have been in the same seat you’re sitting in as you read this letter.  Although I know you have many candidates to choose from,  I’d like you to invite yourself to ask the question,  “What type of individual would I have alongside to make the world just a little bit better?”  Now that can be an easy question to answer,  or it might allow you to process in depth.  

 I’ve chosen roles that I align with and hope to find similar team members who are in alignment with being in service to a greater good for the world.  I desire a team that has healthy and thorough communication with one another.  I know that I am able to provide value and a depth of understanding that is priceless.  This internal compass we all have is how I transitioned into government work and working with youth.  I felt called to serve and make my community just a little bit better,  and I plan to continue paying it forward.
