Loan Operations Supervisor
Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of loan regulations, policies, and procedures to ensure compliance and provide accurate information to customers.
Ensure all loan documentation is accurately prepared and submitted to DMV for legal transfer. Identify title encumbrances and complete correction peocess.
Efficiently handle a high volume of loan transactions and ensure accuracy in processing and documentation.
Review loan files for completeness and accuracy, ensuring all required documents are included and properly signed and dated.
Assisted with preparation and submission of affidavits, deeds and other records for land purchases. Prepared tax and title documents to submit all legal title transfer to DMV.
Using VINtek and Dealertrack, maintain insurance files and submit to the ISI-Insurance Tracking Service daily. Review reports from tracking company weekly.
Maintain collateral files. Post payoffs, and OTE's (online transactions) daily. Reviews posted payments to ensure accuracies. Quote payoffs and provide to customers indirect lender or title company. Prepares release documents and necessary recordings for paid out loans.
