As a dedicated student esthetician set to graduate in July, I am eager to take the next step in my career by gaining experience in a professional medical aesthetics environment. With a passion for self-care and enhancing natural beauty, I have developed a strong foundation in client service through my personal nail business, which I began during the pandemic. This experience, combined with a mild background in sales and familiarity with POS systems, has sharpened my ability to manage daily operations efficiently and maintain positive client interactions.
While I am new to EMR systems like Practice Fusion, I am a quick and adaptable learner who thrives in dynamic, fast-paced settings. I am excited about the opportunity to contribute to Bellava’s commitment to excellence while continuing to grow in the field of aesthetics.
Experience
I bring a well-rounded background in customer service, sales, and operations, with hands-on experience in both the beauty and hospitality industries. Since 2020, I’ve independently managed a nail business, building strong client relationships through personalized care and exceptional service. I handled scheduling, client records, and inventory, which enhanced my ability to manage operations efficiently and maintain professionalism.
From 2022 to 2024, I served as a Shift Supervisor at iFLY Indoor Skydiving, where I not only led team operations but also played a key role in driving sales. I guided customers through the booking process, recommended services and packages based on their needs, and effectively communicated promotional offers to boost revenue. In this role, I processed transactions with accuracy, maintained daily sales records, and collaborated with teammates to ensure a seamless guest experience.
Currently, I work as an On-Site Specialist with Zerocater, where I support daily food service operations, uphold high service standards, and adapt quickly to changing client needs. These experiences have sharpened my communication, sales, and organizational skills—making me well-prepared for a front desk role in the aesthetics industry where client interaction and operational excellence are key.
Education
I am currently enrolled at American Beauty School, where I began my esthetics program in June 2024 and am set to graduate in July 2025. As a senior student, I am actively working in the clinic, gaining hands-on experience with real clients while refining my techniques in preparation for the state board exams.
To date, I have completed over 60 hours of face and body procedures and have fulfilled all required quotas for hair removal services. I continue to work with clients to further perfect my technique and client care. In addition, I have successfully completed training in infection control and other essential certifications, building a solid foundation in both safety protocols and practical skills.
