With a background that blends clinical excellence, business leadership, and community service, I bring over two decades of experience in healthcare and wellness, including my current role as a med-surg RN at Tucson Medical Center and my tenure as founder and director of Barefoot Studio. At TMC, I care for high-acuity post-surgical patients, consistently earning praise for my attention to detail, patient education, and advocacy. Before nursing, I built and led a thriving wellness business, managing staff, developing accredited educational programs, and launching integrative health initiatives for veterans and underserved populations. My experience includes curriculum design, operations management, community outreach, and holistic health education, all grounded in a commitment to evidence-based practice and patient-centered care.

I hold a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from Grand Canyon University. Prior to this, I earned a Bachelor of Holistic Health Sciences, which laid the foundation for my integrative approach to patient care, emphasizing mind-body practices, preventative health, and wellness education. Pre-dating these degrees, I completed extensive training and certification in holistic health and yoga instruction, including the development of accredited educational programs for health professionals. This combination of formal education and integrative wellness training has equipped me with a comprehensive, patient-centered approach to care that bridges conventional medicine with holistic modalities.
