More recently, I was a Business Operations Manager at SumUp from 2023 to 2024 where I focused on streamlining processes to make things easier for both the team and our customers. One of my favorite achievements was reducing merchant order reception time by 2 days by consolidating workflows and ensuring smooth project execution.
